The figure below shows the various stages of the implementation process of an electronic SOP management system. On the left all the steps are shown to make the system available. On the right you will find all steps to integrate the system into the organisation’s infrastructure.

Before starting the implementation process, we will discuss all relevant requirements for system configuration with you. There will be an optional analysis workshop to help you assess and identify further key issues. The initial assessment is followed by installation, introduction, and validation. If modifications are required, we will carry out modifications to your specification. If you prefer, we can introduce the SOP management system to your employees. We provide Help Desk support to our customers. Our support team can offer you help and advice via phone and email.
